A readymade package which embodies every time a fantastic and unique format of Perfect+ Event Productions = an event which is already succeeded in advance.

An advantageous meeting in a perfectly equipped meetingroom of the NH Hotel (easy to reach – underground pay parking nearby), situated in the heart of the city of Bruges. Naturally a coffee break in between to recharge the batteries is foreseen. Then enjoying a nice lunch and afterwards discovering the city during a unique teambuilding activity, the interactive CityGame. These are the ingredients who turn this package into a very successful program.

Proposition of program (can be adapt in mutual consultation):

• Morning: meeting, incl. coffee break.
• Noon: nice lunch (from a light sandwich lunch to and extended 3-course lunch).
• Afternoon: the unforgettable interactive experience “CityGame 3.0”.
• Optional this package can be adapted with awelcoming coffee, a drink to close of the day, a nice dinner, an overnight stay, etc. (prices on demand).

• Professionally equipped meetingroom with airco, ADSL connection, flipchart, beamer, screen and conference kit.
• Note book (paper), pens, goodies and mineral water on the tables.
• Welcoming coffee with coffee cakes.
• Coffee break in the morning with coffee, assortment tea, orange juice, water, snacks and fresh water.
• Lunch: sandwich buffet with a hot snack, soup of the day, salad and vegetables with matching sauces, dessert buffet. Incl. adapted wines, water, soft drinks and coffee or tea.
