Package: BikeGame + barbecue

A readymade package which embodies every time a fantastic and unique format of Perfect+ Event Productions = an event which is already succeeded in advance.

We start the program with the treat of the participants in the picturesque Vivekapelle (near Bruges and Damme). Parking on the spot. Optional we can foresee a drink, a snack, a lunch, a meeting room, etc. (on demand).

Afterwards we brief the participants, they all receive a good bike and they leave for the BikeGame Brugge – Damme. This is an interactive and very fun competition throughout the countryside of the region, the beautiful polders of “le plat pays”. The teams are equipped with a mobile smartphone (+ mobile internet) and a bike with GPS devise and they have no idea where they will arrive and what they’ll find on their route. Not just a GPS game, but literally interactive and … surprising.

As ideal way to finish this unforgettable activity the teams end up again in Vivekapelle. Here they are awaited with an aperitif. While the final ranking of the BikeGame is communicated the coals already rustle in the barbecue. Queuing and feast of a barbecue in an idyllic setting, naturally drinks are also foreseen. The perfect end of an unforgettable day.

Target price (w.p.t. and without options), from 20 participants onwards: € 105,50 p.p.

This price contains:

• The BikeGame 3.0 (all-in).
• Rental of qualitative bikes (men – women).
• Standby repair service (flat tires, etc.).
• Great barbecue (assortment of meat, fish, salads and sauces) with wines, water and softdrinks in a unique venue in the picturesque Vivekapelle.
